What do you Need to Run a Pub?
If you are planning on running your own pub, there are a number of things you will need. The below outlines the basics to get you started.

A personal license
It is a legal requirement that all pubs are run by someone who holds a personal license. You must have a personal license in order to sell alcohol. Financial commitment
This will vary depending on each business opportunity and the capital you are required to invest will be shown in the letting details. You will need to be able to demonstrate the amount you are able to invest.
A business plan
A business plan should always include your vision for the pub, opportunities for growth, assessment of your target market and competition, marketing plans and financial projections.
