The main terms of our tenancy agreement include the following:

A flexible tenure; 3 year traditional tenancy up to 20 year lease

Rent reviews for tenancies every third year (five years for leases), negotiated on an open market basis.

The company remains responsible for major structural repairs

Machine income share is 30% net of rent and licence duty
