The key to making a success in this industry is providing customers with excellent service and good value for money.

It is the managers and tenants we recruit to operate our pubs and bars who make “the difference” and, to ensure success, we offer a full training programme with ongoing support.
The formal training element is carried out at our own Management Development Centre and Training Kitchen in Hertford, and, following internal coaching and development, a large proportion of our management vacancies are appointed from members of our team. We are proud of winning the NITA (National Innkeeping Training Award) for the Best Development Programme in Managed Houses.
We operate a wide range of pubs and bars, from large, family-friendly dining pubs, town centre drinking pubs to our “Baroosh” style bars.

If you are interested in being a self employed tenant, consider the following benefits of our 6 year agreement:
1. You can earn £80 a barrel discount. One of our best performers earned over £11,000 in 2007.
2. Your rent is agreed for a whole 6 year term so you are not penalised when you make a success of your business.
3. We are responsible for major repairs and are proud of how our pubs look.
4. You are not ‘tied’ for your wines, spirits and minerals.
