Overview:

We own 172 pubs in North West England and North Wales.

Most of the pubs are in Greater Manchester, with the majority in Oldham, Rochdale and Middleton. Our North Wales estate consists of 31 pubs along the North Wales coast and on Anglesey.

We run 32 pubs under company management, with 140 let to tenants on traditional three-year tenancy agreements.

We are always on the look out for people who want to run pubs and we think that we can support good licensees in a positive and caring way, letting you get on with running your pub.

WHAT IS A JW LEES TENANCY?
A traditional, no-nonsense, three-year, non-assignable agreement with a full purchase tie. This means that we will always own the pub and that you will never be able to sell on the lease but that you will be able to earn a good living out of the pub without worrying about maintaining the building.

The agreement is supported by a code of practice and full support from a dedicated team back at the Brewery who want to help you get on with running the pub.
