Everards Brewery are based in Leicestershire and have over 165 pubs across the East Midlands. We have 160 years of experience in the pub trade and we have listened to our licensees to find out what they think is the best way for us to support and help them. Join us and you will have the best levels of support together with the freedom to run your own business. You’ll have the advice and support of experts all committed to help you as much as you need:

Business Development Manager- our BDMs look after an average of 40 pubs each compared to the industry average of 60 so you will receive regular and personal support

Great Beers- Everards produce an award winning range of cask beers- Beacon, Tiger, Original and Sunchaser Blonde. In addition there is an innovative selection of seasonal beers to suit any pub.

Marketing- to help drive your business forward and we have a Retail Marketing Manager to provide individual marketing plans

Customer Services- great products, promotions and advisors to make your order as easy as possible and to suit you, either over the phone or online

Human Resources- to assist with organising training and general advice

Property- both reactive to issues and proactive with developments, we are committed to developing and maintaining our pubs to make them stand out

Training- from financial advice to our three tier cellar course which culminates in brewing your own beer there is a wide range of training available

Cellar Services- 24hr support as we understand the importance of a fully functional bar

A standard Everards tenancy is a three year rolling agreement, protected under the Landlord and Tenant act. It affords the tenant security and a firm base to start building the business. There will be some capital investment required which varies for every pub- simply contact us to find out more about this.
