Batemans Brewery was founded in 1874 and is still today an independent family brewery. The retail side of the business is branded 'Batemans Profit Partnership' ; the team is proud of its slogan 'Good Honest Pubs Run by Good Honest People'. Batemans is totally focused on helping tenants to run successful profitable businesses, only too well aware that a profitable tenant makes a profitable brewery...not the the other way round! The tenancy agreement is based on REWARD, with opportunities to actually be paid for increasing the business. The Profit Partnership Managers can really make a difference by helping to put more money in to the tenants' pockets. The managers each have only 34 pubs to look after so they are able to focus on every pub individually.
